What is the FSTransparent ActiveX Control?

FSTransparent a ocx that allows you to render a form transparent when the control is placed on the form.

How do I use this control?

FSTransparent ActiveX Control is very simple to use. It has no properties to set neither does it have any events. Simply double click on the FSTransparent icon in the toolbox to place the control on the form. Add any additional controls you wish to add and press F5. The form containing the FSTransparent OCX is now Transparent. Whether the caption area is invisible or not is determined by the setting of the properties of the form.

What are the limitations of the FSTransparent ActiveX Control?

1) All controls not visible at design time cannot be made visible at runtime.
2) The positions of controls set at design time must remain constant at runtime.
3) MDIForms are not supported as yet.

With FSTransparent OCX you can now achieve such effects as placing Controls directly on the Windows desktop. View the sample program TransCalc bundled with the control.
