Publisher's Say: Natural Selection

Today's world faces many challenges on the issue of sexuality. On the one hand we are compelled to love all of God's creation with no prejudice and yet on another there is the need to maintain the status quo of the creation such that it bares relevance to how we live.

God has created the human race in his image with an intelligence that is unmatched by any other animal. It is that intelligence that allows us to make practical decisions in our lives. Intelligence ought to be seen as a special gift from the creator to be fully utilised and exploited.

It is this intelligence that makes one wonder what would be the outcome of a world in which the natural pairing of sexes ceases. The question then has to be asked - What would be the fate of the human race if same sex unions, through a process of natural selection, were to become the dominant type of union?

While the concept may seem far-fetched, it should be noted that various species have been known to become extinct. Extinction is not a far-fetched concept!

The future of the human race therefore seems to point to extinction or an eventual period of violent 'natural' rebalancing of the sexes.
